Fall leaves and Pumpkins, Closing gardens and stacking wood. I know it is already November but I’m almost caught up. I wanted to mention a few things about the Pain clinic that I have been taking for 11 weeks. A lot of great information and some special new friends. I tried EMDR and HYPNOSIS, I was able to do Reike and took a Med ED Cannabis 101 class. This clinic was all about alternative therapies and so much more. Some things I learned:

Watch your thoughts.
One of the best tools I learned is the 3 short term Intentions and how to stick with it using a chart. Life can be overwhelming and this helps to focus on what is important as well as shows you what your’e slacking on.
Watch out for BUT’s in your conversations. Take care of your butt!
Two fabulous Halloween parties, one in which the house decorations were over the top and the other a grab bag must wear what you get party, I got the margherita drink and someone got my trash!
I moved from the Bungalow in Colchester to a house renting situation in S.Burlington for 6 months. It’s quite difficult moving all the time,what comes with and what stays in boxes. Minimalism, but I have had my peeler from Switzerland since 1988, some things just have to travel with me.
